1.SCREENING
It Should be all about basic information , introduce yourself, after that HR asked about why do you choose this stream as your Carrier if you are a Fresher.
For experience Why you are choosing this company what about your previous one, why do you left your Job basic questions
2.VERSANT TEST( Toughest Round If you will get it through it 80% job confirmed)
It contains about 4 parts, HR will give you Information about the types all information, For qualify this round for 70 marks you have to get it 58 marks to qualify.
you can say how exactly you know this my friend himself said it he got 50 unable to clear this round
1.Typing test ( check speed and accuracy negative marks should be noted if you hit backspace to delete)
2.verbal (Fill in the Blanks)
3.You Should check microphone sound Set the volume to maximum, This part contains about an audio plays for 5 seconds( approx) you have to hear it carefully beacuse its sound as Australian Accent. After that you have 20 seconds to write it.
Important Note( You have to write exactly you hear it without also you have negative marks)
4.Paragraph (2 to 4 lines one phrase given read it carefully gather information about that 20 to 30 seconds given) after that phrase not visible you have to write it on your own words without missing the content.
5.Email (In This you will have scenario and 3 key points, you have to create Email to the customer If you are using the key point you will have some extra points to your Score).
